New Student Registration
Enrollment into Infinite Campus needs to be done on a non-cellular device (chromebook. laptop, desktop, iPad, etc). If the only device you own is a cell phone, please stop into the district office to use one of our chromebooks.
All new to the district families will also need to complete the Enrollment Form, Medication form (if applicable), Immunization Form, Fee Form, Homeless Questionnaire (if applicable), Free and Reduced Lunch Form (if applicable), transportation form (if need busing) and athletic forms (if playing sports). You will also need to submit proof of residency and birth date for your child(ren).
New students can also register at the district office: 617 Madison Street (Park in the lot at the top of the hill, enter through the District Office doors - on the side of the Elementary School)
Please Bring:
- Proof of residency documentation. Acceptable documents include a current signed lease, closing statement or purchase agreement for residence, or current utility bill.
- Student's birth certificate
- Students immunization record
